Minor Hollywood director who worked briefly in B films for Warners in the late 1930s, and then spent most of the 40s at "Poverty Row" studios Monogram and PRC. Morse's most famous movie is the Japanese produced "Godzilla, King of the Monsters" (1954), the first Godzilla picture.
