Dyana Ortelli was an actress with a strong presence in film throughout her Hollywood career. Ortelli's early roles were in comedies like "Three Amigos!" (1986) with Chevy Chase, "Born in East L.A." (1987) with Cheech Marin and "Alienator" (1989) with Jan-Michael Vincent. She also appeared in the TV movie "Shattered Spirits" (ABC, 1985-86). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Ortelli devoted her time to various credits, such as "American Me" (1992) starring Edward James Olmos, "Luminarias" with Evelina Fernández (2000) and "Picking Up the Pieces" with Woody Allen (2000). She also worked on "The Road to El Dorado" (2000) starring Kevin Kline. In the early 2000s, Ortelli lent her talents to projects like "The Mexican" with Brad Pitt (2001), "Outta Time" (2002) starring Ali Landry and the Will Smith and Robert De Niro smash hit "Shark Tale" (2004). Her credits also expanded to "The Burning Plain" (2009) and the Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds hit "The Proposal" (2009)Most recently, Ortelli acted in the Elizabeth Peña comedy "Ana Maria in Novela Land" (2015).
