Liem Whatley was an accomplished actor who appeared in a variety of films throughout his Hollywood career. In 1993, he had his final film role in "Heaven & Earth." Whatley worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Vietnam War Story: The Last Days" (HBO, 1988-89). Whatley made film his next project, appearing in "The Iron Triangle" (1989). Later in his career, Whatley acted in the Haing S Ngor dramatic adaptation "Heaven and Earth" (1993).
