Sheldon Allman was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on, Allman mostly landed roles in various films, including "Inside the Mafia" (1959) with Cameron Mitchell, "Hud" (1962) with Paul Newman and the western "Nevada Smith" (1965) with Steve McQueen. He also appeared in "The Sons of Katie Elder" (1965) with John Wayne. He worked in series television while getting his start in acting, including a part on "The Twilight Zone" (CBS, 1959-1964). Allman also contributed music to "Let's Make a Deal" (1963-1986). Additionally, he later acted in the Robert Blake crime picture "In Cold Blood" (1967). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Adams of Eagle Lake" (ABC, 1974-75). He also starred in the TV movies "Hunter" (CBS, 1972-73) and "Miles to Go Before I Sleep" (CBS, 1974-75). Allman also created music for "Masquerade Party" (1974-75). Allman's music was most recently featured in the comedic drama "The Slums of Beverly Hills" (1998) with Alan Arkin. Allman had a number of different projects under his belt in the seventies through the nineties, including "Three For the Money" (NBC, 1975-76), "The Man With the Power" (NBC, 1976-77) and "The C.B....
