Roger Clemens brought his talents off the baseball field and into the entertainment industry. He appeared in a number of television specials, including "Grand Slam" (1988-89) and "Baseball Relief: An All-Star Comedy Salute" (1993-94). Clemens mainly acted in films like the dramatic adaptation "Cobb" (1994) with Tommy Lee Jones during the early stages of his career. Clemens' talents as a voice actor also gave life to various characters in "The Simpsons" (1989-). He also appeared in the TV special "The Great American History Quiz: Heroes and Villains" (1999-2000). He appeared in "Kingpin" (1996) and the Adam Sandler box office smash comedy "Anger Management" (2003) in the nineties and the early 2000s. He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Spin City" (1996-2002). He also appeared as himself in "Inning By Inning: A Portrait Of A Coach" (2009).
