Jean-Francois Adam worked on a variety of projects during Adam's entertainment career. Adam worked on a variety of projects during Adam's early entertainment career, including "Cléo de 5 à 7" with Corinne Marchand (1962), "M comme Mathieu" with Sami Frey (1971) and "Stolen Kisses" (1969) starring Jean-Pierre Léaud. Adam continued to act in productions like the thriller "Le Secret" (1974) with Jean-Louis Trintignant, the comedy "Passe ton bac d'abord" (1979) with Sabine Haudepin and "Retour a la Bien-Aimee" (1979). Adam most recently worked on the dramatic adaptation "Army of Shadows" (2006) with Lino Ventura.
