Buck Jones was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In his early acting career, Jones appeared in such films as the western "Riders of the Purple Sage" (1918) with William Farnum, "Two Moons" (1920) and "The Big Punch" (1920). He also appeared in "Forbidden Trails" (1920), "Just Pals" (1920) and "Second Hand Love" (1923). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "One Man Law" (1932), "Ridin' For Justice" (1932) and "McKenna of the Mounted" (1932). He also appeared in "South of the Rio Grande" (1932). In the latter half of his career, he tackled roles in "The Boss Rider of Gun Creek" (1936), "Ride 'Em Cowboy" (1936) and "Silver Spurs" (1936). He also appeared in "Sunset of Power" (1936) and "The Cowboy and the Kid" (1936). Jones was most recently credited in the John Travolta drama "White Man's Burden" (1995). Jones passed away in November 1942 at the age of 53.
